Shipping Policy

We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Orders within the United States are shipped using USPS, with the shipping method selected at checkout. Depending on the order and destination, delivery generally takes 2–8 business days after shipment.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Lost or delayed packages: Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first. We will be happy to assist where possible.
